Today on Monday I had an excellent Delta Divergence LONG signal which I demonstrated how to initiate the entry and then manage the trade. Latter into Monday I transitioned the LONG trade into a SHORT trade for some good intraday Delta based scalp trading examples.

There was several decent trades today within a day of consolidation. The ES Delta Volume distribution finished the day set up for potential strength again next week. A continued rally back up to the 952′s looks even more probable after today’s trading.

I was looking for LONG entry set-ups most of the day and was able to find some good opportunities. I anticipate the ES trading back to the 952′s for a retest of that level so I continue to look for LONG entry set-ups to take advantage of this move. The market loves to trade to size and the next Delta Zone of resting supply (or size) is sitting at the upper 940′s to the 952′s for the ES.

Market strength continues with a gap up at the start of the after hours session on earnings news, and then bulls stay in control all day Wednesday.

The market traded right back up to the 928.25 level (upper “stops” range of a previously formed Delta Zone) on massive short covering order flow pulses. In the days ahead, I would say a continued rally of the ES back to the 952′s is definitely looking very probable with our current Delta Volume distribution picture.

The market remained strong during the AH session trading up to a high in the ES of 904.00. I had two SHORT trade set-ups in last nights session and I had a good SHORT trade entry just after the cash session open today. I will watch for any retest of the 904 level for Delta Divergence SHORT opportunities, and for the downside I am tracking the 893′s and then the 888′s for potential short term support. Trade through the 888′s with the Delta Threshold for that price level taken out could bring in some accelerated selling, this support level is critical for the bulls to maintain their new momentum.

The day ends strong with a close near the highs of the day, as the overall Delta Volume distribution is looking very bullish in my opinion.
